Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate the onboarding and orientation process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Assist in administering HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events, surveys, and recognition programs.
- Assist in performance management activities, including employee evaluations and tracking performance metrics.
- Support the training and development process, including organizing training sessions and maintaining training records.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in employment laws to ensure HR practices remain current and compliant.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or a relevant administrative role is a plus.
- Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems for managing employee data and workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise good judgment and discretion.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
