Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the design and development teams to create visually appealing and functional websites for our clients.
  • Implement front-end designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser and device compatibility.
  • Customize and integrate content management systems to meet client requirements.
  • Optimize websites for performance, scalability, and search engine visibility.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end code with server-side functionality.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and fix bugs, ensuring websites are error-free and user-friendly.
  • Assist in the maintenance and updates of existing websites, implementing enhancements and resolving issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging web technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, providing regular progress updates and seeking guidance when needed.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
  • Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., PHP, Python, Ruby) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or other graphic design tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A portfolio or examples of previous web development projects is a plus.
