As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying potential clients, and nurturing client relationships to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients in the Visayas and Mindanao markets.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, email outreach, networking, and social media. - Client Outreach:
- Initiate contact with prospective clients, introduce company services, and present compelling value propositions.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, responding to inquiries and providing information. - Sales Presentations:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and value of our digital marketing solutions.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients. - Proposal Preparation:
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to prepare customized proposals and quotes for clients.
- Ensure proposals align with client objectives and budget constraints. - Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to secure new business.
- Close sales deals and achieve individual and team sales targets. - Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting achievements and opportunities. - Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments. Use market insights to identify opportunities for business growth.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of in sales or business development, preferably in a digital marketing agency or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing services and concepts is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- A proactive and resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities, if required.
