MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven and stable work experience managing multiple social media platforms and running successful campaigns (highlight this in your resume and portfolio)  
Technical experience with Meta Business Suite, including scheduling posts, monitoring insights, and managing ad campaigns
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain detailed content calendars  
Hands-on experience managing social media pages for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms  
Experience working with various types of businesses or industries 
Strong content creation skills: design, video editing, and copywriting  

Skilled in using social media tools, analytics, and ad platforms

Excellent writing and storytelling skills tailored for different platforms

Analytical mindset — able to interpret data and refine strategies accordingly

Organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines

Knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to social media
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools is a plus


RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement  
Create and maintain detailed content calendars for consistent posting  
Use Meta Business Suite to schedule, publish, monitor posts, and analyze performance
Manage and grow brand pages across all relevant social platforms
Craft engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and audience
Respond to messages and comments promptly to build a positive community
Track performance metrics and analyze results to guide future strategies
Stay updated on the latest social trends, platform updates, and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with business goals
Support the planning and optimization of paid social media campaigns
Monitor online reviews and contribute to brand reputation management
